Customer Service Representative / Station Captain Pay: $18.50/hour, Upwards of 30-40 hours/week  Work locations; 5 Metro stations in VA: Huntington, Crystal City, Pentagon, National Airport, Franconia-Springfield. Need multiple Customer Service Representatives to provide support with bus route coordination. THIS IS OUTSIDE WORK ENVIRONMENT This is the perfect position for temporary work for someone who would like to work outdoors, someone who knows the DMV area, has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and good stamina for long periods of standing.  Pay: $18.50/hour, Upwards of 30-40 hours/week, multiple shifts, apply now for more details.   ** Immediately Hiring for people to begin training this week **  Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative Responsible for the coordination and direction of shuttle station activities, support to shuttle operations and assigned customer service representative staff Provide service to shuttle customers and communicate with WMATA staff including reporting of station activity, status and coordinate responses to incidents/issues with shuttle service provider staff Work location - a variety of openings across the Metro subway train lines  Qualifications/Requirements: Customer Service Representative Able to take direction Work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands Show exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good written and organizational skills Education | Training | Experience  High School diploma or college degree One or more years of customer service experience Working Conditions: Customer Service Representative Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Includes frequent/constant standing, walking, lifting pushing and pulling Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift or carry Ability to reach above the shoulder Ability to assist passengers in wheelchairs needing assistance
