Are you currently in a supervisor position or in a Irrigation Tech position with great field experience and ready to move into an Account Manager role. SLS is seeking for an Associate Account Manager that is willing to learn and grow with our company. Full Job Description: Creating strong relationships with new customers and retain our existing customers by performing great communication skills and providing great service, ensuring all emails, texts, voicemails, complaints, etc. get addressed on a timely manner to ensure they experience the Showcase service. You need to be able to manage crew members on daily basis, dispatch in the morning to ensure all crews leave safely and everything needed to execute the day You will also be overseeing a field supervisor who works directly with crew members You will be managing an Irrigation Tech to address all major irrigation leaks. You will also need to be able to sell additional extra work to existing customers to improve communities Perform walkthroughs with customers and attend board meetings when required We are willing to train you into that position Benefits: 2 week vacation PTO a year 7 major holidays paid for Company Vehicle to take home for work use only Company smart phone will be provided to you Starmed Health Care available We are a local, family-owned business environment Skills and Experience 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape industry 3 years of field experience with knowledge of vegetation here in the Las Vegas Valley, knowledge of all kinds of irrigation and customer service and communication experience. Able to use Microsoft 365, to actively communicate via email, and generate well written proposals to be presented.
