Part Time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Position

Looking for a reliable individual to keep up with the grounds at the 66 Diner and Willis Enterprises buildings on Central Avenue, as well as keep up with basic maintenance items. Typical schedule would be 5 days a week, 4ish hours a day, typically in the mornings. Flexibility for extended hours if needed or to be called in for maintenance emergencies. Knowledge and experience in HVAC, Restaurant Equipment, Power tools, and Neon are great but not necessary. Hourly rate set based on your level of experience, $15 per-hour minimum, mileage reimbersement included for any work related errands. Willingness to learn is a must.
