Looking for an accomplished handyman for a small bath and kitchen job. I can be of assistance, just getting old and a little too busy (I have a small property management co). Bath needs a 30” vanity and sink replaced, repair drywall holes in ceiling, tub/shower valve replaced and a tub surround installed and install a GFCI outlet, possible lite painting. Kitchen needs the 30” sink/faucet/ garbage disposal replaced and install a new dishwasher and GFCI. I will have most of the product needed purchased and available.
