Insulation Installer Starting Wage $18.00 to $22.00 DOE Weekly pay Year-round work Vacation Pay Dental Health Holiday Pay Previous insulation and/or carpentry experience desired but will also train the right person Must know basic hand tools. Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure. Has ability to multi-task. Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required. Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively. Valid driver’s license. Primary Objective: Insulation Installers complete both new construction and retro projects. Load materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job. Install each job using company approved methods. Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency. Follow safety guidelines at all times. load and unload the truck at the start and end of each day.
