Express is looking for building maintenance worker for a client located in Reading, PA. The company is in need of someone to assist for a 3 to 6 month period! Building Maintenance Worker Pay: $16.36/hr Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more! Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (8am-4pm) Location: Reading, PA Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Worker: • Demonstrating safe work habits always, including the proper care and use of all tools, equipment, and observing all established health and safety regulations • Perform building and grounds maintenance, repairs, preservation and renovation work as directed • Complete preventive maintenance of systems such as HVAC, alarms, emergency lighting, etc • Other duties as assigned Qualifications of the Building Maintenance Worker: • At least 1+ years of maintenance experience with solid work history • Ability to read and communicate in English • Able to work with basic math as well as working in American measurements for weight volume and distance • Attention to detail and ability to work independently • Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly This is a long term, temporary assignment with a bus line accessible company in Reading.
