REBOUND RECRUITING: You crashed and burned...now what? Hi, its Jeff again, founder of Rebound Recruiting, a new non-profit geared to help you get back to where you once were. (Or rather, to get you forward to where you've never been. :) Rebound Recruiting is designed for you if...you've fallen a rung or two on the socioeconomic ladder. It's for you if age is robbing you of the capabilities you once had. It's for you if mental health issues are standing in the way of earning commensurate pay for the contributions you're capable of making. And also for you if your gender preference has set you at odds with the world around you. In my time I've done hundreds, if not thousands, of job interviews, and hired hundreds of people. This has given me the perspective of the job seeker AND an understanding of the perils HR personnel go thru as they bring people thru the hiring process. It's not easy, on either side. If you're interested in this new non-profit, let's talk on the phone or meet in person. Or use email back and forth a few times before talking/meeting. (But even if you have anxiety over meeting in person, it's going to be necessary at some point. :) My preferred meeting hours are 9-11a.m.at Starbucks, or 4-6 p.m. for Happy Hour (unless you're an alcoholic, then Starbucks). I live in Lakewood and am trying to use public transportation. :) Jeff BIO: I have an MBA, was a Major in the Colorado Army National Guard, and had a prosperous business for 20 years. Then I crashed and burned. Now I've recovered (at least somewhat) and am back in the world. :) My psychiatrist at the VA told me, "Jeff, you're out there but not too far out there." Great! Exactly where I want to be!! :)
