Dry wall removal - potentially foundation bearing

Hi, I am looking to see if anyone can provide me with an estimate for a removal of a potential foundation bearing dry wall. I know that if it is a wall bearing foundation it can't be removed but I would like to consider other options such as openings, or using foundation poles or anything like that. I have provided an example picture below for reference. The red highlight shows the opening I would like to consider for our current wall. By removing the wall I would be connecting the kitchen to the living room. Thank you
