Warehouse Technician Transformational Security, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Technician/ Office Generalist to join our team at our Columbia, MD location! Our ideal candidate is truly a Jack of All Trades! This person will interact with all departments, customers, and vendors. We are looking for someone who is well organized, responsible, and a team player! At Transformational Security, LLC, we pride ourselves in hiring people – not positions. Overall Responsibilities • Works in conjunction with both employees and vendors on processes, projects, support, and maintenance. • Receives, inspects, and processes incoming and outgoing shipments. • Maintains inventory records and tracking system. • Monitors activities in warehouse to insure proper recording of materials. • Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper locations. • Package and process equipment for delivery or shipment. Prepares the proper documentation for international shipments. • Performs general office maintenance and lite repairs. • Prepare documentation and packing slips. • Provides support to Shipping & Receiving, Reception, and Production departments as needed. • Assists in diagnosing equipment issues or in complex and difficult repairs, adjustments, and part replacements. • Responsible for lite data entry and credit card reconciliation. • Other responsibilities as required. Preferred Qualifications • Well organized and highly professional. • General computer skills with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office products. • Basic math skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work overtime with little notice, weekend hours may occasionally be required.
