Snelling of NoCo seeks a Concrete Lead/Foreman for a growing, stable company in Denver. Those who have extensive concrete experience and leadership abilities (even if you haven't been a Lead/Foreman in the past!) are encouraged to apply! Title: Concrete Lead/Foreman Location: Denver/Front Range Pay: $30-40/hour, DOE Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401k with match, profit sharing, paid holidays, vacation/sick time, company vehicle, cell phone reimbursement. Concrete Lead/Foreman Duties • Manage job site, material, equipment, and crews • Maintain good communication skills with field and office personnel • Inspect work areas to ensure timely and successful completion of construction projects as agreed • Supervise, coach, train and encourage crew members • Setting of concrete footing, wall, and slab forms • Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work • Work safely and create a culture of safety on the job site • Produce high quality workmanship Concrete Lead/Foreman Qualifications • 10-15 years of concrete experience • 1-2 years of a leadership position desired • Bilingual-Spanish • Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude • Able to travel to various job sites from Colorado Springs to Cheyenne, Wyoming • Valid driver's license • Exceptional integrity consistent with the company brand
