What we offer for New Team Members: Starting pay $13/hr. Potential $1 pay increase after 90 days of employment 40 Hour work week Monday-Friday Vacation Time (1 week after 90 days of employment) Holiday Pay (time and a half paid for any holiday(s) worked 180-day retention bonus of $150 for new employees and referrals After 1 year of employment retention bonus of $250 Telehealth Services (after 90 days of successful employment) Dental Insurance (after 90 days of successful employment) Vision Insurance (after 90 days of successful employment) Potential Annual Bonuses Job Responsibilities: · Clean and disinfect bathrooms and break rooms · Sweep, dust mop and mop floors · Restock paper products as needed · Empty trash · Vacuum carpets · Pick up floor mats and replace with new ones once per week · Clean conference rooms and offices · Clean and disinfect handrails Job Requirements · Have your own transportation · Have a valid driver’s license · Willing to pass a background check · Willing to show up to work and have fun, while making money · Willing to make a difference · Willing to work one Saturday or Sunday per month (4-5 hours) If you like to Have Fun while working, making money, helping others, and being real (authentic) then we want you to become a part of our growing team.
