Looking for a courteous, self-motivated and friendly individual that will pay attention to detail. Opportunity for full-time or part time employment as a crew assistant window cleaner. Advancement opportunities and paid training will be offered. Expect a clear path of training, supervision, steady increases in compensation stages and a monthly performance review. Background check and random drug screening required. Introductory earnings $18.50 an hour. Typical Day: We happily clean windows, gutters, provide soft washing, install and remove holiday lighting at residential and commercial locations. Including retail and office buildings from one to three stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, database management from your cell phone are required. You have a clean driving record. Be able to work independently or within a group. Have a neat professional appearance. Customer service is a must in your previous work experience. What we expect of you: • Helpful to have previous experience in a busy, relevant service industry, trade: For example: pressure washing, landscaping, painting, residential or commercial cleaning, construction clean up. • One year project & time management skills to move efficiently from one job location to the next. • One year customer service skill set to provide a great service performance. • Manage and be able to carry ladders safely. You are not afraid of heights. Comfortable on roofs • Tolerate all forms of weather conditions: Hot, cold, wind & rain. • Work with veterans or train a potential new employee. Able to delegate or follow directions. Mirror positive actions from fellow peers or leadership. • Demonstrate ability to work alone and/or with a partner, group (team effort).
