We are a busy company that specialize in Apartment Interior Renovations We are looking to expand our Renovation Teams Your team will need all of your own tools, transportation and insurance. SCOPE OF WORK Demo Units, hang, tape and texture drywall, install baseboards, install doors, Install cabinet doors Paint interiors, paint cabinets, Install lighting, electrical switches, install toilets, install sinks/faucets, install appliances. This is a fast pace job, you will need to follow our schedule. We have enough work to keep you busy non stop. Looking to turn 10 units per week You will be a sub contractor, this is a 1099 position We will pay you after each phase is completed, .
