Petco Love and J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue Invite You to Adopt at Petco J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue will have pets available for adoption at Green Bay East Petco, August 27th, 2022 WHO: J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue and national nonprofit Petco Love are inviting animal lovers to Adopt at Petco and give a pet a loving home. WHAT: The adoption event will include many of the over 120 reptiles that were surrendered from a storage locker in Waukesha back in June. “Petco Love is committed to creating a world where every shelter pet finds a loving family, and no pet is unnecessarily euthanized,” said Petco Love president, Susanne Kogut. “When you adopt a pet, you know you are saving that pet’s life, but you may not realize just how much that adopted pet can change your life for the better.” “Finding great homes for animals is a team effort, and we are so happy that Petco is on our team,” said John Moyles, J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue’s director. Petco Love has helped find loving homes for over 6.5 million pets and counting, in partnership with Petco and more than 4,000 organizations, such as J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue to date, Petco Love has invested $330 million in adoption and other lifesaving efforts.
