I am looking for someone to help remodeling mobile homes in the Cheney and greater Spokane Area. Must have tools, transportation and experience in remodeling mobile homes or comparable properties. Compensation will start at $25 per hours with a $5 per hour bonus upon completing project on time and within agreed to budget (Note: There will be an initial trial period of the first 40 hours where the pay will be $20 per hour; after the trial period it will be at the rate stated above). You must have a demonstrated track record, good references and free from drug and alcohol abuse. You must be willing to submit to random drug and alcohol testing.
