Description
We have moved into an apartment and cannot keep our adorable Jack Russell Terrior boy, Sparky (2 years/8 months). Friendly, frisky, happy, energetic, playful and also very snuggly and loving. He is completely vetted, neutered and chipped. He needs an owner who will be home at least part of the day and a house where he can be let out in a well enclosed yard. He loves walks and having a ball thrown for him and is devoted to his squishy toys. Sparky gets along with most other dogs but occasionally will have a more aggressive reaction to a dog and just needs to be pulled away. He is fine with kids but probably better for him not to live with very young kids as he can become irritated if poked or prodded. He could definitely live with the right dog but probably not cats or other small animals like gerbils, etc. Sparky does have a habit of occasionally going to the bathroom in the house. He will do best with someone who can take the time to train this out of him (he is VERY smart) and also in an environment where he can come and go from inside to out i.e. a dog door or similar. That being said, he is an indoor dog and should not be in a place where he is kept outside all day or tied up outside. Sparky is a purebred. We have his papers. A home visit and a good vet reference are mandatory to adopt him. Please let us know if you are interested in Sparky. We are praying for the right place for him. He really is a love.
