Remodeling Contractor seeking a responsible individual to work full-time as a carpenter's assistant/laborer doing residential remodeling work. Must have own basic tools (hammer, measuring tape, pry bar, utility knife, etc.) and own vehicle to and from the job. Must have valid drivers license with a clean record. Requirements: Experience preferred in the following: Framing, Windows and Doors, Drywall, Flooring, Must be good at Painting. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to follow instructions. Must work well with customers and co-workers. Willing and eager to learn new skills. Responsibilities: - Perform remodeling tasks as carpenter's assistant from start to finish in a timely and orderly manner. - Communicate between employer, co-worker's, and customer to accomplish necessary tasks. - Follow proper instructions and directions from employer and/or co-workers as necessary. - Be prepared with necessary tools to perform the role as a carpenter's assistant/laborer. - Maintain jobsite organization (tools and material). - Daily set-up and clean-up of jobsite. - Material pick-up and delivery with company vehicle.
