Kleen-Tech, the leader in janitorial services, is seeking a Part-Time Floor Cleaner/Technician in Colorado Springs, CO Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however other duties may be assigned. Completes major maintenance work at all accounts such as: Extract Carpet Scrub hard surface floors Strip Hard surface floors Wax/seal hard surface floors Buffing of floors Maintenance of hard floors throughout the facility (hallways, break areas, cafeteria, restrooms and laboratories) Equipment that may be used: Buffers, Scrubbers, wet vacuums, carpet extractors, ride-on scrubber, power washer, rollers, brushes, & scrapers Qualifications: At least 1 Year of Floor care experience General Knowledge of Floor Care Equipment (Buffers, Scrubbers etc.) Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Valid Driver License and MVR check required Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-10:00pm To apply please submit your application online kleen-tech.com/careers
