Vigilant Restoration is a full-service restoration company serving Horry, Georgetown and Brunswick counties. We are looking for an employee who fits our values to be a successful Mitigation Manager, based on making sure the customer comes first. Here are some highlights of the Mitigation Manager position: *On-site interaction with clients, very strong communication, and customer service skills. *Candidate will help to sell jobs. *Field Management of mitigation crews, including demolition of damaged facilities in preparation for repairs. *Scoping and estimation of jobs. Xactimate knowledge preferred with at least 2 years working knowledge. * Demolition, Board up, On- site clean -up, Equipment maneuvering. *Drying logs and daily site checks. * Construction experience is preferred. *IICRC Certification for Water and Fire and ASD Certifications are preferred. *Vehicles are provided for work *Uniforms are provided *Holiday pay and Bonus Pay The candidate we are looking for may not be actively seeking employment. Candidates are successful in their current role and may have considered looking at other opportunities. Their work may not be in the service industry. The candidate we are looking for wants to be part of the community.
