We are actively searching for vendors who can assist us with the residential and rental properties we maintain. We are getting a high volume of orders in the Albuquerque area for individuals who do Maid Services. This includes (as they are the first impression renters have of a home): • Remove all trash from drawers, cabinets, closets and flooring, etc. • Full-service cleaning of kitchen countertops, cabinets, appliances, etc. • Clean/dust-off, for the removal of cobwebs, return vents, grids, light fixtures, ceiling fans and upper corners • Wipe down windows, windowsills, blinds, doorknobs, trim, baseboards & electrical switch cover plates • Check and clean all windows, sliding door glass (interior) and tracks • Check for signs of pests (droppings/damage) and remove • Sweep and mop floors (using the proper cleaning product for plank or wood} • Broom sweep front/back porch areas & garage floor A perfect candidate must have a great work ethic, is reliable, punctual and available on short notice. Must have your own vehicle, equipment, products and a Smartphone as well as current insurance (must show proof of your current General Liability insurance and current Workers Compensation insurance - if not a sole proprietor). In addition, we do require a background check as the work will be done in occupied homes. There is no cost to a vendor for this.
