General Labor - Landscaping, Demo, Cleaning, Misc Construction (Royal Oak, MI) compensation: Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour MI Properties LLC is now hiring hardworking General Labor for immediate openings on residential properties across Metro Detroit!! Positions are available ASAP - email us today! What you'll do: Demolition - drywall, flooring, furniture, bath and kitchen removal! Landscaping - Removal of existing bushes, grounds clean up etc. ! General Cleanup - Cleaning loose debris in preparation for new construction! Receiving and organizing materials! Laborer Preferences: Recent, relevant work experience in construction (preferred but not required) Reliable transportation Promptly responds to texts and calls Punctual Flexibility in schedule Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to provide equipment (hammer, gloves, etc.) Opportunity for bonuses!
