Seeking talented musicians for fun, open mic, band?

63 year old bassist and guitar player finding time again to whip out and play the instruments. I used to play bass in rock, bluegrass bands and learned guitar later. I'm very much a solid rhythm section person and would like to find talented people to play behind or be part of a team with. Lots of genres can be ok even dixie, brass band with no tuba, choir that could use an instrumental rhythm section, and so on. I certainly don't rule out pop/classic rock as they're my favorite. I didn't spend an ungodly amount of hours practicing to acquire the skills just to have the instruments collect dust! Any of you like me out there? Any age can be ok just please be mature with your act together. Jamie
