Description
Experienced Admin Assistant needed now for construction office, approx 20-30 hours per week Mon-Fri, ~9am-3pm, to assist with office and clerical duties, filing, invoicing, A/P, A/R, and provide office and customer service support.
Must have minimum 3+ years of construction office administrative experience.
Must have good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, some Quickbooks experience, and good English speaking communication skills, bilingual is helpful.
