GUITAR PLAYER NEEDED -Alt rock/pop-punk

Greetings! RUSE is an originals alt rock/pop-punk looking for another guitarist to help carry the music. Right now we have our singer playing as well as a dedicated guitarist, but he wants to focus in on vocals and performance, so we want to find another guitarist to pick up the shared rhythms and leads in his place. We practice weekly on Monday nights in Huntley and are currently in a once / month gig cadence. Ideal applicants will be able to play clear rhythms and intermediate solos as well as be able to write their own parts. BG vocals are light, but we would expect you to contribute in some songs. Basic songwriting music theory, High-energy performance is a plus, and good teammate is a must. We have a very “write what you want to play” culture and are very open to new ideas to at you might bring (within our general sound, of course…). Our audition process will involve learning 3 of our originals (we can provide.gp files/Tabs).
