iStaffing is hiring a 3PL CSR in Fontana, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 7AM-4PM Location: Fontana, CA Pay Rate: $17.00 Responsibilities *CSR is responsible for allocating orders, submit routing and creating bills of ladings as well as keeping customers updated on the current status of their orders *Allocate orders in WMS *Generate UCC and Shipping Labels *Invoice customers for value added services *Assist the CSR managers, captains, and other members of the departments as needed. Qualifications *Knowledge of general warehouse practices *Routing procedures and vendor compliance for retailers *Knowledge of BOLs *Small parcel shipping *Excellent verbal and written communications skills *Ability to meet and manage deadlines MUST HAVE PRIOR RECENT EXPERIENCE.
