Strong solar company is looking for solar installers! High base salary!! + Commissions!! Job Description: • Solar panels installations on top of residential roofs. • Effectively work in a team to install and seal roof attachments, equipment racking supports and solar panels • Good conduit bending • Assist in tracking inventory for each project • Maintain and clean up the job site Qualifications: • a valid CA driver license * Minimum 1 year solar experience • Strong time management skills required, and the ability to work independently with minimal instruction/direction • Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems • * Ability to make multiple trips up and down a ladder daily * • Ability to lift, squat, deadlift, pull and carry up to 50lbs daily • Ability to work at the ground level, kneeling and/or bending daily • Ability to kneel and stand repeatedly (lunges) daily • Comfortable in tight spaces (attic, crawlspaces etc.) • Good communication skills If you’re it, call us for an interview Angie 818-401-5341
