LOST tortie female cat

My daughter who's 6 had her cat get out a couple days ago, 3 to be exact. She specifically is on medication at the moment due to allergies that caused her to lick most of her back fur off and some open wounds here and there. She's supposed to have a cone on and be wiped down with ointment twice a day. She's never not came back. We've checked the area, called shelters, talked to neighbors and nobody has seen her. Her name is Carla, she has half an orange face and half black. Her tail is unique as it has an orange tip and the rest is black... She's small and very fragile at moment. She's 2 years old.
