Meh I wouldn't be too concerned. It's not like any band from RI is ever gonna break big. I've done plenty of recordings, photos, had logos ripped off flyers I've made, and even have music currently being used by local original bands that I was foolish enough to think were my friends - not one ever asked permission or bothered to credit me for my time and work. Not even kidding - right now over half the bands in Providence are using at least one unpaid for uncredited photo or logo of mine. One of my pics is literally the front cover of one fairly well-known RI bands CD. In the majority of cases I only find out after they've blitzed social media without even a mention of my contribution. Just let it go but never trust those people again is all you can do.
