ABC Paving & Sealcoating is seeking asphalt workers to perform asphalt repairs, patch work & sealcoating services. Services are performed throughout Central Florida. Compensation is based on experience. We offer apprentice programs for those with no experience to help advance your career in the asphalt pavement maintenance industry. Lots of overtime! Our Requirements: Valid Florida Driver’s License MVR (motor vehicle record) must pass insurance company requirements Drug Test (must pass) Background Check Traveling is required when applicable Being on time is late, 15 minutes early is on time Excellent listening & communication skills Courtesy, Respectful and Professional
