Save The Brave (STB) is a certified non-profit organization. They serve our veteran community by facilitating diverse outreach programs, designed to introduce our nation’s heroes to a variety of outdoor recreation activities and a community of peers suffering from similar post-war traumas. The mission is to help prevent veteran suicide and domestic abuse through the healing power of nature and shared experience. This event is free for veterans and their families as a part of the weeklong Save the Brave yearly retreat. If you have any questions about their yearly retreat please reach out to Save the Brave! They still have spots open and would love to have those who are interested in this healing and community-building experience. Rafting will be from 9am-5pm with some flexibility in departure times. Lunch is included. Schedule:**7AM - Depart Bunk and Brew 9AM - Depart Imperial Rafting Company in Maupin, OR* 1130AM - Lunch 1PM - 2nd Half of Rafting 330PM - Start Finishing Rafting *If you are self-driving to the event please meet us at this location no later than 9 am. There a shuttle will take the whole group to the launching point. **This schedule is still being developed and a finalized schedule will be sent before the date of the event.
