Let's savor these last days of summer. Let's learn how to make the most out of these hot days before they are gone. We are going to create boards that will cool you down or at lease slow you down long enough to create a board that will survive these dog days of summer. We will explore cheese and meat combinations and other tips and tricks for creating the perfect Charcuterie Board. We LOVE to create charcuterie and we know you will too!!! Whether it is just you and a friend or a group of 16, a wedding or baby shower, girl's night or date night, let us teach you about the art of charcuterie. The class lasts and 1 and a half hours.
