Join us again this year for our BBQ and Bench. A combine style Bench meet for male and female weight classes and Junior Division. Rib competition with judging from local restaurants and officials, a great BBQ Bash trial run. All proceeds go to Harford Family House. $20 Entry Fee for both lifters and Rib competitors.
