Bios: Eileen is the founder of Central Park Executive Coaching and the co-founder of Your Next Next™. She is coaching C-suite executives and senior leaders in corporations and non-profit organizations. Current engagements include coaching in the areas of leadership succession, performance improvement, career exploration and transitions, and on-boarding. Eileen is a Core Guide at Chief, a women’s peer networking organization supporting development of C-suite executives. She provides HR advisory services, offering expertise in HR due diligence, talent assessments, organization design, talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development design. Christine Alvarez is an Executive and Leadership Coach with a passion for helping people move forward in their careers. She is a BetterUp Fellow Coach, a preferred coach for Columbia University Teachers College, Her private practice targets professionals in the arts, media, tech and financial space. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Pace University, teaching Career Strategies. Christine is co-founder of Your Next Next™, a team of executive coaches working with companies and professionals who are navigating the new world of work. Which includes insights into current trends in talent management, leadership development, and creating your next next. Christine Alvarez brings over 20+ years of corporate marketing experience from a variety of industries, including Television, Publishing, Motion Pictures and Consumer Products.
