Needing some help for my dogs

Posting here because I’m absolutely at the end of knowing what to do. My dogs are sick- I don’t know how or where it started but one or both of them picked up mites somewhere and in a matter of 3 short months I have thrown out all my furniture, bedding, all but a couple of towels, and all of the dogs bedding and collars. The majority of my clothes went out too, as did all of my shoes, socks, and underwear. I sold my car because they got in there and i didn’t know what else to do try and eliminate all their hiding spots. This was only after the dogs had been to the vet numerous times to no avail. They did get better for a little while. The same mites from the dogs are in my feet, making it excruciatingly painful to walk most of the time. I’m 38 this crap shouldn’t be happening to me. The worst part is I think maybe they keep getting them from me after they get well or vice versa but I don’t know how to fix it. I tried dipping them a few nights ago and since then they’ve not been acting right. They need to see a vet. I spent my literal last dollar tonight buying their food- I’ve spent my entire savings trying to treat this and disinfecting my house. This is so humiliating to even be a reason to have to ask for help. I’ve NEVER been around daemon parasites like this, I don’t know what to do. Oh and I’ve been to urgent care once and the er twice over my feet. It’s the same scene every place I go, they think I’m a lunatic and drug test me. When that comes back negative they tell me I just need to get up and move around more- that I’m sitting in my chair too much during work and my feet are swelling from that. No one will even listen to me. If anyone knows a vet that would let me set up payments for the appt or even someone that has been through this and knows what to do and can come help them I would be forever grateful. I’m really not picky at this point I just don’t know what to do for them and it’s breaking my heart. Also you’re is getting rid of a dog bed I’d gladly take it. That goes for queen or full size sheets, pillows and/ or blankets. My mattress was one of the first things that got pitched. I replaced it with an air mattress until everything is better but have been unable to get sheets for it. Thank in advance for anything and everything 💜💜
