Please join Bricker & Eckler Title IX attorneys for a highly interactive in-person Title IX investigator, decision-maker, and advisor training. The two-day training will cover the training requirements under the 2020 Title IX regulations for investigators, decision-makers and advisors. Additionally, the training will cover the annual Clery Act training requirements for attendees. Sessions will be hands-on and will provide opportunities to practice skills in an educational environment. Individual costs for a participant is $300, and space is limited. Lunch will be provided by John Carroll University. Costs for the program include training materials and the cost of lunch. Check in for the training will begin at 9am and sessions will run from 9:30am to 4:00 p.m. to allow for those who are traveling. Participants may just attend the first day but attendance at both sessions is strongly encouraged. (Pricing will be reduced for those choosing to attend only the first day for the Clery training portion.)
