Droplette is the best way to care for and repair your skin. Droplette’s technology encompasses a connected hardware device, a consumable filled with a formulation, and a wireless inductive charger. We are setting up our manufacturing facility and are seeking Assembly Worker candidates interested in assisting with various parts of the assembly process (including capsule filling/sealing/quality checking/boxing, and fulfillment). This would be a position paid hourly (with the option for OT), competitive benefits offered. This role is located in the Seaport District and is onsite 5 days a week. Even though you don’t have much (or any) experience, that’s not a problem – the Assembly Worker positions are entry-level jobs with room for you to learn and grow. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. What You’ll Do: Trimming capsules with formulations Quality checking seal of capsules and visual inspection Building boxes, inlays, and other packaging materials Assisting with other fulfillment tasks What We Seek: High school or GED equivalent Extreme attention to detail Experience staying focused in repetitive work environments is a plus Experience with hand crafts that require steady hands and precise cutting is a plus No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
