Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader Vetelino Landscape is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader. This position manages crews of up to 4 persons and provides a high standard of quality and detail in their work. They should help promote a healthy company culture, beginning with leadership. Job Responsibilities and Duties Include but not limited to: ● Must be able to work independently under limited supervision ● Manage up to 4 crew members ● Ability to operate company equipment safely and effectively ● Maintain strong communication between staff, management and clients ● Ability to provide professional lawn maintenance services ● Ability to execute and complete spring/fall cleanups, edging, and light pruning ● Document daily activities as needed Qualifications: ● Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs ● Valid Driver’s License ● Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate ● Positive attitude and good work ethic Benefits: ● Uniform ● Continued Education Opportunities ● Paid Vacation ● Sick Time ● Health Insurance ● IRA Contributions Apply online at www.vetelinolandscape.com
