Let's celebrate late summer with a walking meditation and yoga practice outdoors! Our morning will begin with a brief meditation and a little mindful movement. We will then wander through the Helmer Nature Trail to take in the natural environment. We will stop for yoga , a longer mediation and journaling before heading back for a culminating circle.
No meditation or yoga experience required. Bring a smile and open heart.
What to wear & bring: Please bring your yoga mat. You might also want to bring a towel or cushion to sit on for meditation and wear comfortable shoes and clothing that allows for movement. Please bring a journal, writing supplies and maybe markers or colored pencils.
Where to meet: We will gather in the parking lot of Helmer Nature Center. Please go to the far end of the parking lot by the grey house.
