The Norfolk Branch NAACP invites you to join us for our 63rd Annual Life Membership and Freedom Fund Banquet. The theme for this year is “Shifting the Paradigm”. The Freedom Fund Banquet will be held on Saturday, October 8th at 5 pm at Norfolk State University Student Center, 700 Park Avenue. Proceeds from the banquet will be used to meet the needs of the operational budget and programs for the branch.
