Part time 24 hours per week. Three days per week 8 hours per day. Looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our team! Premier property that requires a high level performer. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to: Maintain inventory of needed supplies to stock facilities and perform routine tasks. Properly use and maintain equipment/tools taking all necessary safety precautions to perform a variety of maintenance tasks. Light repair duties to include but not limited to changing light fixtures, changing bulbs, small paint work including prep/prime/caulking, minor plumbing repairs and systems maintenance and basic electrical work to replace light fixtures or sensors/timers. Take care of grass and hedges and mows and trims. Maintains friendly and professional attitude at all times and promotes a can do attitude. Looks for safety and security concerns while on the job and reports them immediately. Completes daily work orders and preventative maintenance as scheduled. Reports any discrepancies or deficiencies to supervisor. Must be able to speak and write English fluently. Must pass background check and drug test. Must provide own transportation to assigned location Special Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs following safe lifting techniques; work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; crawl in small and tight spaces to perform some tasks; ability to work in different outdoor working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain); complete all required forms/paperwork; ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner; climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 6 ft).
