Join us for a free wellness event at the CIS Intensive Cardiac Rehab on Wednesday, September 14th. Screenings will be held from 2-3 p.m. & 3:30-4:30 p.m. Please select one time slot when registering. Each time slot will include the following screenings: Blood PressureWeight & BMIFitness TestsNon-diagnostic Cholesterol CheckBody Composition CheckA cooking demonstration will be held from 3 -3:30 p.m. for all attendees.
