MenuIn this class, you will learn proper techniques for pan frying and Sautéing chicken, pork, fish fillets, and seasonal vegetables. We will also demonstrate and prepare quick & easy pan sauces, through the method of de-glazing, such as madeira, marsala, francaise, and piccata. Toasted Orzo Pilaf will be prepared and served as a side dish. Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you. Please arrive on time.
