LADIES ONLY CLASS - SORRY FELLAS! This class is one hour long and includes a warm up, glute activation, circuit training, as well as a bit of core work! Coming to class will ensure you a crazy intense workout that is DOABLE. No experience needed. All fitness levels welcome!
You will be taught step by step all of the best booty moves such as deadlifts, glute bridge, hip thrusts, and all the best booty band moves!
