Need 1 person to live in one of my properties month to month. Keep outside area clean and water yard on water days. Large home but part of this house is a studio minus the kitchen however you will have refrigerator and microwave. It will be month to month because the house is on the market it will be month to month. No pay but free rent and utilities. Will need references also NO couples or other people living there.
