3 year old shih tzu rehome

Our shih tzu Rosemary needs to be rehomed. She was born in September 2019. She is fixed, so NO BREEDERS. She's extremely sweet and cuddly. Good with kids, dogs, and friendly to cats but wants them to play with her. Well behaved with groomers. She is extremely resistant to housebreaking. We've been trying since we adopted her when she was a few months old. I was able to deal with it but now we have a small child and I can no longer keep up with both. Housebreaking is also why she was rehomed from original family who bought her from a breeder. She has eye issues, growths on her eyes. We had her first surgery done but it did not take, we were told she can have a second one done but it may not work either & if it doesn't the next step would be eye removal, so we've let her enjoy her eyesight for now since she shows no signs of it bothering her. We love her deeply & will need to see that new home is serious about her. Please have a fenced yard, she tends to slip collars. Rehoming fee will apply. We just got her groomed recently so she will be able to start fresh with a new grooming location, without regular grooms she will matt.
