WARNING OF BAD GASOLINE AT TOWN PUMP

Just a warning for those of you who get gas at Town Pump on Amsterdam in Belgrade & Town Pump in Four Corners. Several people I know, including myself over the past several weeks have gotten really bad gas from those two gas stations. These are the only gas stations I have used in months. I noticed my truck running exceptionally bad and thought it was the fuel filter or pump. When I pulled that gas tank on my truck, the gas was putrid. Didn't smell like gas and didn't irritate the skin like gas normally does. I had gotten a gas can full for our lawnmower and checked it out. Same thing. Rotten smelling, didn't smell like gas at all. It was a brand new gas can. I put some of the gas on a firepit to start the fire and it wouldn't even burn with a direct flame on it. Today my friend who only uses Town Pump gas had his vehicle towed-in for stalling out and leaving him stranded. The mechanic determined it was bad gas. I will be contacting Town-Pump and state officials. Just wanted to give a warning to anyone using those two gas stations. It may be others. If you have ran into this situation recently.
