I am Landlord who owns 50 apartments. I am looking to hire a construction worker to help with on-going maintenance. When renters move out, I need someone to clean out the unit, install new door handle, paint, install new flooring, replace appliances, Mow lawn, landscaping, etc. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
