State of Me, State of Mind Mental Health Conference Seminar is designed to help offer support and resources to all individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness or for the family members of those who suffer with a severe mental illness. Due to the current health pandemic, the State of Me, State of Mind Conference has been condensed to a 1-day seminar designed to inspire, encourage and inform the public on what it means to be mentally ill and how to address it. Our featured panelist is a renowned clinical psychologist with a private practice in Washington, D.C. and who travels nationally as a mental health advocate and spokesman who specializes in mental illness counseling and psychotherapy. The State of Me, State of Mind is sponsored by A Better Day Foundation, LLC Mental Health Initiative, DAL Construction Company and Hyatt Regency Houston Houston West. Our seminar will feature our special guest and members of our team who specialize in mental health behavior and treatment options. Our panelist will provide vital components to show individuals who are diagnosed with a mental illness how they can be successful and productive while treating their mental illness. Our Saturday seminar will also provide resources and information to family members of those who suffer from a mental illness. There will be an open forum discussion and Q & A section.
