This class will be a slower paced version of a basic barre class. Moves will be presented and explained in an open format where clients can feel confident and ask questions as needed.

This is our multi level barre class that produces quick results by toning and tightening muscles through small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. Expect to be challenged and prepare to leave feeling calmly energized with this hands on personal group training session. Barre Basic is perfect for people at all stages of their fitness journey.
