need help with agressive GSD

I have a 9 year old German Shepard who has already hurt two dogs bad enough that they had to get put down. I just moved into an apartment and scared it's a bite waiting to happen. If anyone can help me please let me know. I can't give him up. He's amazing. So friendly to people. After I got him fixed he got worse... lmk
